I have a favorite salad, its chicken, walnuts, apples, cranberries, and light mayo. So tonight, I took some of the roasted chicken breast, some fat free mayo, walnuts, and cranberries (i'm out of apples) put it in the food processor and made a mushy, yummy, pulverized salad meal.
Tastes really good!
