    I see your weight loss ticker moving down...Congrats! Still holding strong here...well, not exactly strong, more like wobbly knees, with the liquid phase...we are almost to the end of it! It might be easier if I didn't have weddings, birthday parties, and county fairs every weekend since the band...yikes, talk about testing our will power!
