canuk98828  Well, last nite and today I have had to fight mind hunger for the first time. It has almost been a month from banding so I figure that that is not so bad. But boy, do I want to scarf. Have walked my dog 3 times today instead :-)

how's it going, when were you banded? I get banded on 27 and am on preop diet and I want to scarf too. You sound like you are doing great.

Got over my mind hunger, thanks. I was banded on 8/3/10 and today I am celebrating arrival into onderland. I feel wonderful and am soooo pleased. Keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.

    I caved and ate too much today and if the feeling I feel right now is anything like what I will feel if I ever eat to much after banding, let's hope I remember this and stop. Just whining, don't pay any attention to me.
