Thanks for all the information. I am currently taking the Centrum chewable vitamins, but I will add the fiber ones for the hunger pangs. It sure is a life change, especially when you are so used to gulping your food. My surgery weight was 230 and after 6 days post op., it was 218, so I hope to be able to lose and see results.

Hi: I had my surgery on 11/4 at St. Barnabas Hospital in NJ by Dr. Nussbaum. I just called his office and yes, he wants me to have the 1st. fill on 11/21; as long as I have no soreness, I will be alright, I am told. And, you are correct, I should not be eating certain types of food; seems that my vitamins were making me hungry, but now I take them before I go to bed and I am not as hungry. Thank you everyone for your posts.

Hi: I am new and still confused; just had my surgery on 11/4 and have been told to go in for my first fill on 11/21. Is this too soon. I have been taking Centrum vitamins an they make me very hungry, any suggestions? Last night I ate a barbecue chicken breast with no problems and only being post surgery 15 days.
