The protein shake that I drink is called syntha=6 cookies and cream, it's so yummy. I did feel better after the broth and juice. I did go to the store and buy a scale. I will start taking my weight once a week on Friday. Are we supposed to eat every four our two hours do you know?

Im doing well just got that air bubble to bust in my stomach, so I feel much better, no regrets,just a little soreness. Are you feeling hungry yet?
