So I just got my first fill today it's been 8 weeks since my surgery and I've lost 30 lbs which my doctor says he's pleased with. But while at my visit I explained to him what I was eating, I have been going off a meal plan the dietician I was required to see before surgery, gave me. He said I was eating too much that it's not about the weight of food, I've been measuring by ounces, but the amount only 1/2 cup total. But I've been getting very hungry and have had horrible headaches. I guess I don't understand how our bodies can be nourished off a 1/2 cup of food 3 times a day for the rest of our lives. Does anyone else get horrible headaches and hunger pains? Am I thinking about this in the wrong way?
