  1. Wow!! 1 to 2 times a week? That makes if quite affordable in the long run. The real cost is the initial start up. I'm getting really happy about this stuff. he he he
  2. Great info. Especially the water because I've read that many times when we think we're hungry, we're actually dehydrated. Try drinking a full glass of water before eating, that will sometimes put off those hunger pangs for a while.
  3. Don't give up watching the forum. Clothing exchanges would follow the seasons I'd presume. I know I re-assess my clothing acquisitions & donations near the end of a season. That means winter/spring stuff would just be coming around at this time. Hang in, it's a great idea!!
  4. Edmund, Never let your age prevent you from doing something to restore your body or health. Yes, healing might take a wee bit longer, but I think you will ultimately feel much younger in a short time. This site is wonderful for sharing and support. You came to the right place. Good luck!
  5. Yes, that's GREAT information. I'd much rather invest in something like that than keep getting fills. I wonder if it's continuous and what happens if you stop using it once you've acheived the results you want. I'm guessing you have to keep using it at least to some degree. Thanks again for that. I'm gonna buy some.
  6. Hi, Did you mean the scars from the thigh tuck are visible? I wondered what the residual scars would be like. I guess that means that even if you get it, you still can't wear shorts? Sorry to ask so many questions, I'm thinking of getting it myself. Thank you so much for sharing.
  7. Hahaha, Lindsay, that's hilarious, but so true. I don't want to look that much different, nor look like a drag queen. Thank you Canuk, that latisse sounds interesting. Isn't it by prescription only though. Seems I remember it from my days working in pharmacy. I'll have to check it out, that seems more natural and permanent. Thanks so much guys!
  8. Wow LoriBecky, you look amazing! I've never considered botox until now. Any idea how long a treatment with botox will last? I'm really interested in finding out more now. Also, the non-surgical facelift sounds amazing as well. Hmm, you've really got me thinking and searching around now. Thanks so much for the testimonial.
  9. Canadian girl, I know what you mean about a craving for sweets. I have a huge affinity for chocolate myself, but solved the over indulgence part by buying dark chocolate in small drops. Although dark it healthier, it's not as tasty. So, instead of chomping a mouthful I have one drop at a time, allowing it to melt before the next one. I find that I'm not eating nearly as much chocolate this way. It might work across the board, don't know. I wish you well with whatever option you choose.
  10. Ladies, don't write this man off yet. I have lots of reasons to believe that this "death" is just a hoax. We shall see this summer for certain I think. I'm thinkin he wants to teach certain people some lessons & get all of us to realize we need to take care of our planet and each other.
  11. Bella 1980 I too would recommend purchasing them online. They shouldn't cost too much for postage and often you can shop around and get a better deal online since they don't have the overhead that retail stores have. Most have phone numbers you can call to be sure of the ingredients.
  12. Since I'm looking thinner, I've considered getting those eyelash extensions and wondered if anyone has done this and about your experience. I know they only last for a few weeks, but I have an important "date" planned soon and thought it would be appropriate. Any tips or feedback would be appreciated since I'm a bit unsure about doing stuff so close to my eyes. Thanks.
  13. You got that right girl. Also, I went just shopping for winter coats last fall and left with a really nice London Fog down and thinsulate coat for a fraction of the price I would have paid in the mall. They do have some brand new items with tags. Probably overstock or leftover seasonal items.
  14. Edmund, it seems the breathing exercises are intended to keep the lungs clear, especially post op. Postoperative patients are more susceptible to pneumonia. Deep breathing and coughing exercises help to avoid that.
  15. I know that Greens+ is also available online and I think it might be cheaper for you. It's worth comparing anyway as you can easily stock up on this stuff when it's on sale. I do keep it in the fridge though.
