I will be having Gastric Plication on Oct. 10 and Im finding it so difficult to stay on the liquid diet! It consist of 4 Slim Fast a day, sugar free jello and sugar free popsickle and broth! PLEASE give me some advice and helpful hints! Thanks! Daneen
