In preparation for my surgery on 3/14 and starting my pr-op diet in a couple of weeks. I want to be prepared and ready with my supplies!
SO here are some questions...
Which Protein powders or even premixed shakes haw the best taste along with not having too much carbs or sugars?
ALSO... I have hear there are some good protein type juice mixes that can be mixed in with Crystal Light?
Would love all advice... Opinions... etc!!
