Hi Tyler, I am also from Edmonton. I had my surgery Aug 11 2015. I use the Vitaelph Vitamins and have been able to buy them with my CC. -
I am 4 months post sleeve and really had a problem with constipation. I have discovered Smooth Move Tea. One cup in the evening keeps things very regular and a lot more comfortable. It was recommended by others who have had the surgery.
