  1. Thankyou for that. I have been told they would not offer me anything else because this has been unsuccessful for the most part, and I cannot afford to go private. I have made an appointment for the band to be checked and to talk to them.
  2. I am 68, have a Midband. and was banded 6 years ago, just about the time I became really disabled and housebound. I have struggled to lose ever since, although trying my best with seated exercise to make up for not getting out. My problem is my band is ultra tight on a 2 ml fill and prevents me eating hardly any protein and veg. I am eating about 1000 calories a day and eat a lot of yogurts, shakes.
