I am trying to find where it is she works or any other information you can give me so that I can schedule a fill with her. My surgery was at the OCC. Clearwater Medical Clinic 1522 17th Street Lewiston, ID 83501 208-743-8416 She charges 100 for blind fills and does a great job. I have had all of mine with her. Great results.
