I was watching a proofwlsworks video on youtube and it was about top ten favorites & I was wondering what your top 10 foods are that help you stay on track?

For me it is currently:

10: Egg Substitute

9: Cottage Cheese

8: Oroweat Sandwich Thins

7: Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedges

6: Fish (frozen or canned)

5: Lean Luncheon Meats

4: Seasoning (probably not really a food) McCormick Salt Free Galic & Herb

3: Grilled Veggies (asaparagus, spinach, articoke, onions, tomatoes)

2: Veggie patties

1: Low calorie Granola Bars (Special K, Nature Valley, Fiber One)

Maybe we can all share and get ideas from each other ;)

Full bar packets that you ad to bottled water

Protein K water packet in pink lemonade

sf popsicles

that's about it. I like to mix different dry mixes. right now i'm drinking the protein water packet, with a full bar packet and a little crystal light apple flavored drink. (this drink will probably the rest of the work day)

Love this idea!! Here are a few of mine:

- V8 fusion

- EAS protein shakes (chocolate)

- Quaker weight control oatmeal

- Kashi cinna raisin crunch or fiber choice cereal (put in ziplock bags and eat dry)

- Lots of fruits and veggies

- Carl Budding lunchmeat packets - roll them and dip it mustard/light miracle whip

- Tuna packets (keep me really full for a LONG time!!)

- Campbell's chunky soup (drain the liquid out and eat the meat)

- Fat free spicy refried beans

- Turkey chili - make myself w/ extra beans makes it nice and thick

Not a food, but one of the best things to keep me successful is I pre make my meals for the week on Sunday and portion everything out and have it ready to go, so in the morning I have no excuses! I have about a million ziplock bags and rubbermaid containers in my fridge all ready to go!
