B: 1/4c. Strawberry Yogurt with 1/4c. Granola

S: Hard Boiled Egg

L: Grilled Chicken Breast (the size of 1/2 of my palm), 1/4c. red bell pepper and zucchini

I ran for 45 minutes then had

D: 1/2 a hamburger patty on lettuce with ketchup

S: sugar free jello

75 oz. Water

1 Bottle of Deluge Plus-Pomegranate Berry 45 cals.

B: Hash browns and a few bites of eggs

S: Dining services was having an expo giving out free stuff....ugh my nighmare! So I grazed a bit. <_<

Cheese cubes, pretzels covered in yogurt, sweet potato fries, and V8 fusion

D: #1 - mini raviolis. Ate about 2/3 of the little container and am full. Man, i've suddenly somehow gotten more restriction over 2 mos after my last fill. These bands are so odd like that! Eating the raviolis and getting the "gurgles" at 4 in the afternoon.

D: #2 - cheese and crackers and cubed ham
