Super stressful time at work so stuff is not going down well, but i'm trying to get food in.

B: Breakfast burrito and hash browns

L: Sliced turkey dipped in light miracle whip, carrots and ranch and a few chips and low fat bean dip

S: Snack sized crackel bar

D: Fiber One cereal (dry) and cheese and crackers
