B: 1 pc bacon, a few bites of eggs, a few bites of hash browns, and some OJ (work breakfast thingie)

L: Cheese roll up and pintos and cheese from Taco Bell

D: Chicken nachos

S: Wine

Calories so far: 1,200

Starting a detox tomorrow. I am doing a cleanse tomorrow that was mentioned on here before then doing all fresh foods for a while. I have gained weight and it is just all sitting in my mid section so i'm gonna lay off the processed foods and try to get back on track. Wish me luck i'm gonna be a real B for a couple days! :wacko:
