B: EAS protein shake

S: Real Foods Corn Thins

L: 1 1/2 cheese enchiladas, chips and salsa and some black beans

D: WW Salisbury Steak meal

S: 2 vodka & crystal light

Calories so far:1,200

Exercise: Ran in a 5k race here in town...a few hills but not too bad. Paced myself b/c I've been sick and not been training but did well.
