Sorry i've fallen off the face of the earth! My grandpa has been sick for some time but got worse this past week and passed on Sunday. Ready to get my head on straight and back on track!

B: Breakfast burrito and hash browns

L: Carrots dipped in salsa and low fat bean dip, 1 hardboiled egg (no yolk) and a few tortillia chips.

D: Mini raviolis then later some dry cereal

S: Chips and dip

Calories so far: 1,100

Shelby, so sorry to hear about your grandpa.

Ive gotten lax about journaling my food - so here i go - trying to get back on the horse:

B - andouille and peppers quiche

L - 4 oz tri-tip (the santa maria kind from Trader Joes, yummy), 1 cup mixed greens, 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, 1/2 oz feta

D - bunless burger with pepper jack

S - cottage cheese with blueberries

totals:

1050 calories, 85g protein, 22g net carbs

Thanks so much! It's been a real tough time for the family but we are doing OK. I'm ready to get back on track i've got a bag packed and headed to the gym right after work!
