Wasnt hungry this morning, so rather than skip a breakfast entirely, switched out some nuts for my usual quiche.

B -- walnut-pistachio-almond-pecan mix, handful of raspberries

L -- mexican style stewed chicken (the ONLY way ill eat white meat chicken!), 1 cup arugula salad mix

D -- andouille sausage and peppers quiche

S -- 1oz lo-carb chocolate

685 calories, 40g fat, 33g net carbs, 48g protein
