Did everyone drink the Vitaleph shakes or did you find your own shakes? I have been drinking the Premier Protein shakes from Costco and been doing really well on them for pre-eop weight loss. I used the Vitaleph shakes and vitamins and then after my poi cation I switched to the Premier. I had my surgery on 9-2-14 and have lost 57 pounds so far. I'm almost to goal and SOOO happy with my decision to have this surgery. Let me know if I can be of any help or if you have any questions......
