I had a passport (you can get a passport in a few days, if you pay extra, at least in Canada) the earliest appointment I could get was 1 month away from the time I emailed that I was ready. You will get are email from the nutritionist it tells you how much weight she wants you to lose before surgery. She told me she wants me to be in ketosis and recommended Atkins phase 1. I'm following low carb diet with 1-2 shakes, but the ones I have are too high in carbs so I have ordered the Vitaleph products and they are in the mail now. Lots of veggies, no fruit, no carbs, and very little fat. Takran Posted March 14, 2017 Report Share Posted March 14, 2017 I am arriving the 3rd. Surgery on the 4th. At this point i just want it all done. The mental side of this is really interesting. Admitting I'm addicted to food is very embarassing. I am a very successful confident woman. I am very disciplined in every other part of my life but food.
