My name is Michelle "Shelly" I am an RNYer (Ensenada, Mexico) and Plastics (Tijuana, Mexico) but I have always contended that it doesn't matter what weapon we have chosen to fight obesity with as long as we fight! I also blog www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com recipes and ramblings about my journey. I understand some of my recipes are bandster friendly and I hope you enjoy them. I just ask that you not post the recipes on this forum or on other websites, nor reprint them in any form.
