  1. I just returned from TJ, and I was on the "revision diet" for 3 weeks prior. It was full liquids, so I had the Vitaleph shakes 3 times/day and only had broths, jello and Popsicles. As for popsicles, I really enjoyed the sugar-free Outshine fruit bars by Edys. They were really flavorful and only 25cal. Weight Watchers makes a SF snack size fudge pop that was very satisfying too. I think it had 40cal. For me,I really struggled with variety. I would occasionally add a bit of a flavored premixed protein drink to my shake. i.e. Slim fast cappuccino or piƱa colada. I wouldn't add much, just enough to flavor my shake differently. I had only ordered the vanilla Vitaleph powder. I would just put in less of the Vitaleph powder if I added the flavor to my shake. And I alternated using SF Almond Milk and Skim milk in my shakes. As far as broth, I found a condensed mushroom flavored soup base called "Better Than Broth" and added a tiny bit to change the flavor of my broths. It gave it a nice homemade taste, and they had other flavors to choose from as well. I ate lots of Sugar free jello of every flavor, and my favorite drinks were by Fuze. They were approximately 20 cal. per bottle. Just make sure it says "Fuze slenderize" on the bottle for the low cal version...Tropical Punch, Blueberry Raspberry etc. In the health food section of the grocery store I found a lot of great pre made low cal herbal teas with awesome favors and I would have peppermint tea every night with stevia sweetener. Calms the stomach too!
