I have a surgery date of 7/18-arriving on 7/17. I am coming alone and have told no one that i am going. I am so excited because this is a dream come true for me. I only discovered Dr Ortiz's website about a week ago. i scheduled very quickly cause i feel that this is absolutely right. reading this forum everyday is probably why i feel so secure with my choice. anyway, is anyone scheduled for 7/18?

I read somewhere that there are great places to shop. Did anyone go shopping?--feel well enough to shop? Does the hotel have a pool? I guess I am planning on surgery and a vacation too

my surgery date is 7/18. it was only a week ago that i made the decision to make the appointment. the postings on the forum convinced and reassured me. i am not nervous at all but very excited. since i live in boston it will be quite a hike for fills etc. i dont care though-i have wanted this for a long time. i am curious about the gas?? and about what the eating program post op is is anyone out there scheduled for the 18th?
