I just got my second fill on Thursday (4 days ago) and I am experiencing a pain around the area of my port. The pain does not seem to be going away. Is this normal???

Just looking for a fill doctor in or around LA county.

HI: I did my surgery three months ago and have only been able to get one refill in TJ. It's hard for me to get down there. Anyway, I have 3 questions. 1. I get a painful heartburn type feeling everynight around 9p.m. and it lingers on into the night. I have alot of difficulty sleeping now. I think it could be gas, but I'm not sure. It's been happening for two weeks now. Is anyone going through this??? 2. My second question is does anyone know of any refill docs in L.A.? 3. It's been three months since surgery and I have only lost 10 pounds. Is this normal?

Hi, I just discovered this great forum. I am planning to do lap band surgery in Tijuana, Mexico. My surgeon has already done lipo surgery twice on me, but I always gain back the weight! I am 170 pounds and I would like to be 125 pounds. In the US, I do not qualify for surgery, but in TJ, alot of people who don't qualify are getting it done. My surgeon specializes in this type of surgery, but I would like to know if I have anything to worry about. What can you eat after? What are the post op symptoms? Am I crazy to do this?
