Hey YorkieMommy........... I'm scheduled for my first fill on July 16 also and am flying in from Portland OR. I'm flying Southwest and it gets in to SD around 9:15am. I already arranged for the van to pick me up at SW baggage altho I won't have baggage. I'm just flying in for the one day and heading home that same afternoon. what time to do get in to SD, maybe we can share the van? Kay

I was banded on May 29 and just booked my plane trip for my 1st fill on July 23. I'm arriving at San Diego airport Wed, July 23 around 9:20 am and flying home to Portland, OR the same afternoon. Hope to see some of you then! Kay

tomorrow is my first solid food day after my 21 days of liquid diet and I'm a little nervous about it. I was banded on May 29th and have lost 7 lb since banding. I lost 10.5 lb on the pre-surgery diet so as of now, down about 17 lb and already feeling so much better. I scheduled my first fill with Dr O for July 23 at 7 weeks. I think I had the bloating/pain for about 8-10 days but feel just fine now. Kay pre-surgery: 201 lb height: 5' 2" weight at banding: 190.5 current weight: 173.7

hi gals, I'm 59 and am scheduled for banding on May 29. I am more than ready for this after a lifetime of every possible weight loss game out there!! I'm a little nervous, mainly about the after care stuff. But.............I can't wait to get this done and get on with my new life! Kay

Hi, this is KAS in Oregon and I'm scheduled for surgery on May 29 and I'm feeling the same! I can't believe I'm actually doing this ......... I'm trying to picture myself 6 months down the road and I can't wait. I love reading all you guys on this forum, what a great tool!
