  1. Hi Everyone, I have just returned from a work trip that involved 6 weeks of not being able to pursue my weight loss the way I really wanted to. I am surprised that I still lost about 15 pounds during this time. Although at my size, this is a modest accomplishment. I am soliciting advice for getting back on track. I know that I definitely need a fill and due to my job I cant take time off to go the OCC and must find somewhere local. Any advice for jump starting my eating, exercise, and weight loss regime is greatly appreciated. Gracey

  3. Hi Everyone, I am still in the liquid phase and am eating cream of chicken. The chicken is soooo small that it is almost blended in the soup. However, there are a few bits that I catch with my tongue and spit out. Is it safe to drink/eat this soup? I drink it with a spoon and am able to scoop only the liquid parts. However, there may be a few undetected bits that may be going through. I know that others say they are drinking/eating grits, and grits have the same size particles and even moreso than this soup. What do you guys think? Is it safe?

  5. Hi Everyone, I'm Gracey and I'll be getting my band Tuesday June 10th. I'm very nervous. I am actually kicking myself in the butt. I originally planned to obtain the procedure back in December over my Christmas break but later changed my mind due to uncertainty and the "I can do it myself" thought. I keep thinking where I could be if I had started back then. Oh well, cant't wait to see those of you who will be there. I am arriving at the airport on Mon, June 9th at about 9:00am and I'll be leaving Thursday, June 12. I can't wait to see all of you.
