    Every time I cross the border (I have Verizon) I update my preferred roaming list by pressing *228 and then chosing option 2. I have been able to use my phone without getting any additional services everytime...

    Fill Centers USA is a network of band fill providers that Dr. Ortiz works very closely with. You can check out thier website www.fillcentersusa.com. Dr. O is listed as a medical advisor to the company and I have heard wonderful things about them... I found out about them on LapBandTalk.com.

    The fill centers has a new location in Meridian with fluoro. Now I can get fluoro every time.
