Hey everyone! Are there any peoples that live in or near to Rockingham that are part of an exercise group or would like to be part of one. I was thinking if there are no current groups available then I will start one for Possibly monday, wednesdays and frid/sat mornings. Research shows that being part of a group can be quite motivating long term! Hope that there is someone out there interested at some stage.
