  1. Ok so Granted these guys look like candy and taste like candy. Yummy Right! But after looking at the ingredients, I was a little surprised about the sugar content and also the carb content. Anyone ever tried these yet. Im still blown away on why any Weight loss surgery patient will even take these knowing its sugar content. Just my 2 cents.
  2. I dont know if any of you remember the citrical calcium soft chews, they were soo good. Well they are back and Bariatric advantage carries them. I hate pushing one brand but I know alot of people have been wanting these here is the link.   3. I am in no way an expert, but I guess because of the bypass your anatomy changes, but with band I am not sure.   6. Yeah with protein drinks you have to be real careful. If taste seems to be an issue, some people have tried the ones that are tasteless and you can bake with them or just add them to the food you are already eating.   7. I am obviously in no way a doctor, But I suggested going to him or her. We can make suggestions but for the most part its going to be a guess because only your doctor can tell you what you really need. But for me I suggessted finding some good nutritional supplements and making sure you take them.   8. you guys ever think about using something sublingual. just letting it sit underneath your tongue and letting dissolve seems easy enough.

  11. I agree. Some of the bars are not even close to being nutrition so why even call it that. lol Some of them are pretty much candy bars with the title of protein or nutrition bars.
