  2. SOOOOO Glad you all posted this info. I planned on getting info re: tax write off's & now you answered my questions! THANK YOU!!!!
  3. I can & do. No problems...I mean not a huge glass of water but like 1cup at a time here & there, especially when I haven't had a drink of water in awhile. Everyones different!
  4. I swear by the Premier Nutrition Protein Dietary Supplement in Chocolate, with 30 Grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, 160 calories & only 1 gram of sugar. I bought them at Costco in No. California., about $27. for a case. Everyone that I have given one to loves them also...very tasty not chalky!!!
  5. My Mom is getting banned on July 8th & I will be there with her getting my 2nd fill! Staying at the Lucerna this time...Looking forward to it!!! NO WEIGHT LOSS SINCE 1st Fill!!!
  6. Very cute everyone! It's nice to read something funny on here!!!
  7. Hello: I had to change my flight because I was banded on April 7th so they wouldn't let me get my first fill until after May 18th...that is the only reason that I changed my flight. I am not concerned at all about the flu issues. Good luck on the Pre-op diet! Maybe I will see you in the waiting room at the OCC on the 20th. I am going with a friend, who is also getting a fill. Our appts. are at 9:30 &10 am. I am so excited to get a fill!!! See ya then!
  8. Had to switch my fill date from May 13th to May 20th. Looking forward to that fill!
  9. Hello: Does anyone know how long we have to wait after surgery to do water aerobics? Thanks for your help!!!
  10. I had my surgery April 7th...MUCH MUCH MUCH EASIER THAN A C-SECTION!!! Hardest thing for me was the 1st week of liquids! Anyway...I am getting my first fill on Wednesday, May 13th! Can't wait!
  11. Thanks for the advice gals... Glad to know it's not just me!
  12. My surgery was Tuesday April 7th. Tuesday April 14th the scale was down 7 lbs. The scale hasn't moved since! I am exercising & totally sticking to the liquids calendar from Dr. Miranda. WHAT THE HECK??? ANY ADVICE??? This is so frustrating!!!
  13. Hey Greg! It's Christy from California... otherwise known as pukey on the ride to the border.... I felt so nauseated! uggggghhhhhhh! Great news! So glad to hear you are doing well! How was your Disney trip? I am down 7 lbs from my surgery day, which was the day after you! I feel great now~ I think I need to start exercising now. Keep me updated on your results!
  14. Hey there: I was there April 6-9th and my surgery went great. TJ was totally safe for me. We even went shopping in the downtown 2x & had no problems. Honestly, the first 2 days after surgery was pretty easy for me, day 3 was a bit rough~ but started to get better on day 4 and by day 6 I was back to work~ I was tired but by day 7 after surgery I was great! I felt myself again. The liquid diet is tough the 1st week but by the 2nd week it's not too bad. Once you see the numbers going down on the scale it is sooooo worth it! GOOD LUCK!!!
  15. That is so good to know! I have always been really large chested even when I weighed 130 in high school and was very fit, I was a "C+" I hope mine go down because you don't even want to know what size I am now...Let's just say HUGE!!! Hopefully after this week...my life will change! Yipeeeeee...
