    pre-op diet

    I am not sure about this pre op diet of 3 shakes a day for 1 week. I am very hungry and felt sick so I ate a lean cuzine for dinner. Is this ok ? is there other options? My BMI is 31.2 so i obviously like to eat. If I could had lost weight on the shakes I would done that long ago. Sorry if I sound cranky I'm hungry. Please help
