Ok here's some inspiration for you pre-op's.... the first 3-4 days is the hardest on the diet but stick with it, you'll adjust physically in the next day or 2,, mentally on day 5 you'll see such a dramatic weight loss it will keep you going the rest of the way....it's all worth it, today is day 6 post-op for me. i was completely full after 1/2 cup of soup WOWWWWW i've lost 24 pounds since august 17th... keep going it's worth it mizty
