  1. i'm really bad w/the daily posts - cause my plans & ADD don't follow suit. i like posting the following day - previous meals to give the full G2. i can start on the day - but it would be back tracking....i'm good either way however.
  2. msb - when i deprived & didn't see results......i eased back into moderation.
  3. i SWORE the chest pains were a heart attack.....no - just muscles never used. and those are not the muscles to be used in rowing - biceps/traps/back.......after 2 months i'm working the right ones. taking a row class in the AM - lets see if i can type afterwards:)
  4. still raining here - DONE w/it! b- 3oz 2% cottage cheese l- 3oz artichoke/cheese stuffed chicken breast s- mixed nuts/wasabi peas d- *making leek & bean soup*
  5. i usually post the next morning of what i ate the previous day - but maybe if i write it ON the day .... i'll stick to it. i have random food days & today is one b- 3oz artichoke/feta stuffed chicken breast l- 4 chicken pot stickers s- veggies & hummus d- cream of potato soup w/cheese & pancetta
  6. LOLOLOL see i don't mind the sauna/steam - in fact would LOVE it; i have a pool & don't need others funk...., yes germaphobe here:)
  7. good morning all~ busy wkend & it flew by, w/mine & DH's 2 yr bandiversary yesterday. the 7lbs i was up - down 4 this AM......whoo hoo!!!!!!!!!!! slim - i'm back in the gym tomorrow after a wk off. lots of moving around / packing & tossing stuff - i hope to get back into my routine tom AM (much earlier - as i have to be home by 830 for contractors) but still:) i go to 24hr fitness - it's the only gym nearby me, though they are building a LA Fitness which is intriguing to DH, as it has spa/pool - etc. me i don't do public pools - ok - lots lots lots of coffee:) msb - hope your feeling better today!
  8. that's a great time msb! i really need the gym, have to have a place to go......also i do spinning & rowing and only have a treadmill at the house. it's too hot in TX to have a normal outdoor routine - oustide the 4 months of rainy/fall, it's 90+ most days - ktork - DH and i play tigger golf on wii several nights a wk & while not a great workout we will also do a lot of the balance games on wii fit. i love the skiing / snowboarding:) is it friday yet ????
  9. b - slice WW toast w/ 1 scrambled egg l- tuna salad in romaine lettuce cup s- caprese salad d- chicken tortialla soup (lots of cheese ) & some chips
  10. slim - go to beth's FB page, she has a video of a kid having a TOTAL MELTDOWN when his mom took away some video game. i like the pouch test - but i'm wide open and still prefer to EAT my food vs drinking it.. i have a bunch of food to cook over the next 2 days as my downstairs kitchen gets demolished on friday.........so freezing up meals to have & heat up - in the upstairs kitchen. close w/my closets - still taking 'puter breaks... msb - evil twin ..... that's hillarious!

DH has always wanted to be in the same rm w/me during a bikini wax - ummm NO! hahaha GLOUC, DD guilted ya - but good for ya!!! if not for TIVO, i would never watch tv - i actually have biggest loser from last night on while i get caught up on laundry & cleaning out the closets. my last purge of the house it the master closet & hallway one.....all are packed w/STUFF that must go & go today:) slim - hope you had a better day. need to get off the puter' and get back to work - i'm procrastinating and pacing around the closet isn't going to get it done

  13. * glouc - glad DD is feeling better * angie - DH is a fan of heroes. perfect time for me to get caught up on Y&R for the wk when he watches a few shows i have no desire to see. * i did 1 day of the pouch test & that's about it - had upset tummy this AM and wanted toast w/butter. snacking on edamame now and am making a pot of tortialla soup. i feel bloated, made the mistake of getting on the scale - wish men had perimenopause, got a period - had cramps & their nips could cut glass. yeah in that kinda mood:) check back ltr:)

  16. msb - you should have seen DH and i this wkend.....SUCH a wkout hauling/dumping/lifting. he had enough energy to go get some tortialla soup and is back in bed...... so get this pjtp - he has all this vacation time that he'll never use before jan 1 & tells me at lunch that he plans on taking off every monday/friday for the next 3 months. it will help a bunch on the remodel - but WHERE IS MY TIME????? lol
  17. angie - that's a GREAT NSV. i remember the first bikini wax after losing enough to feel comfortable in doing so again - aside from the wax heading a bit further south, i LOVED taking care of myself again..... CONGRATS & hope the hubby enjoys.. msb- i doubt i'll do the whole 5 days, i just have ZERO restriction at the moment. my fill had to be rescheduled from last wk to next - so i'm trying to get some self control; as i've allowed myself to be a bit bad. hitting farmers mkt tomorrow and stocking up on the "good" stuff. DH said i was looking volumptious - i say that's the added lbs as of late
  18. hi sabrina - here are a few items i keep in my fridge/freezer greek yogurt hummus/avocado dip w/veggies eggs (egg salad) fish edamame lentils cottage cheese / cheeses
  19. multiposting hurts my head this am - so free stylin'... * did make meatloaf & risotto last night - 5 day pouch test started this AM w/a starbucks vivanno * fried food @ fair - Gross actually. i took one bite of the fried butter and spit it back into my napkin - one of the nastiest tastes EVER. * i would love a snow day:) i don't want to live in a snowy environment - but i do love visiting..... * took puppy lab (goose) to vet for round 2 of shots, she's gained 11lbs in 3wks - going to be a BIG girl i think * EXHAUSTED on this rainy monday. DH and i have been in total clean sweep moded since i got home on sat morning. we have a 40yrd dumpster for the kitchen/bath demo and we filled it up w/"stuff". i have to order a new one to be here tomorrow for my contractor - because we have it 3/4 of the way filled up....LOL. DH took today off to finnish - but guess who is still sleeping. was up till 1:30 this am clearing out the garage, w/a some wine & tunes. wish i could crawl back into bed.... happy monday!!! ps - msb, meatballs sound good - have tortialla soup on tap today.......see how many days i make it in the pouch test:)

  21. my protein levels during weight loss & maintenance have always been between 50-60g. never lost hair & have kept a wide variety of diet......just depends on what works for you, you may have to play around - as i have found maintenance to be just as tricky as the weight loss stage. i should mention i'm pretty active & carbs (good ones) are just as important to my diet.
  22. it took between 30-35lbs before others noticed - i could tell around 20 gone that my 2nd chin was fadding.
  23. slim - i'm OK w/being vertically challenged:) - LOL, but does sound like son is in a major growth spurt!!!! ktork - love the kid stories, especially DD's rowing. i have picked it up as of late, and i love the upper body wkout - never feel the need to apologize! MSB - how much did you take from the blue hairs???? glouc - you starting the monday diet like me tom????? LOLOL , had a great time - 14hrs of sleep last night. HA stroganoff sounds wonderful - think i have all the ingredients too.., hmmmmmmmm, that or meatloaf. back to football & getting ready for contractors tom - fun times:)
  24. hey ktork - glouc, KC and myself had a GREAT time. i think we all need to do the 5 day pouch test, as there was not much food we didn't try over the 2 days.... hope everyone is having a good wkend!!!
