  3. I gained 5 effin pounds! WTF! I did have a little TOM and did not do too well in the food dept. Way to go Theresa. My pants are still getting bigger, but damn.

  6. I would totally go if funds and timing allowed. I can see how it would be an issue for both sides.
  7. Nothing out of the ordinary. That was a great loss on liquids! Stick to just eating 1/3 of what you "would" have eaten pre-band. 2-3 lbs a week is an awesome loss. That's what I'm sticking to--or trying to that is. I need to amp up the exercising. Great job!
  8. Do you feel awful physically or mentally? Did it hurt? Or did you just feel guilty? It's a mind game right now for sure. Just don't do it again. Drink as much broth as you want. Really go for the drinkable yogurts. Stay out of the kitchen. I bet your husband won't be happy about that either, but it's not worth the risk.

  10. Scale says 253.2 today! I didn't write down what I was last week--just that I lost 3. So I'm gonna guess that I was 256. That's what I'm gonna go with. Yahoo!

  14. Plateu's are the worst. I'm starting to journal and I think it's helping. Also the exercise. I really need to get on board with it. I also agree about not eating enough.

  17. So no weigh-in for 2 weeks and I got a loss today of 3lbs. I'll take it! Here's to more losers!

  20. I agree--just do your best. I was down 16 during liquid phase. I've been on and off track and didn't even weigh last week. I will on Wed and see what's happening.
  21. 14 hours! Damn! I also had a painful episode with dry chicken, but no where near that long! Mine passed quickly just by getting up, stretching, and walking it off. I did totally stop eating after that though. I've also become kind of lax on the speed in which I eat. I still chew almost to a liquid state and then swallow. Sometimes I think I do have restriction, sometimes no way. I'm just limiting myself to eating at least half of what I would have eaten before band. I kind of start at 1/3 and see how I'm feeling after that. I was off the boards too. I don't think we should be ashamed at all. Just a little speed bump. Now to get back on the highway!
  22. I'm thinking the end of March, but nothing is set yet. I need to get looking at tickets and see how to get it done.
  23. My jeans are still getting baggier--so I'm not being so hard on myself. lol I just need to get off my butt and get moving. I did fairly well this weekend. I've found yerba mate tea and energy shots and boy! Oh Boy! It's amazing stuff! Here's to a better week!
