well just to give you all a laugh, im 43 years old, i was on birth control pills, stop taking them because i was getting bloody noses and the very next month i ended up pregnant!! All my children are married and out of this house, i am a grandma of a 4 year old, and a 1 year old. But the lords will was not what i was expecting, so here we go on having another child. A true blessing.

CongratulAtions I say you have come full circle with your life. I am a one year banter this Thursday July 28th. So excited with my results I'm down 100 pounds. I need to follow llindsey s he has a lot of good advice on food choices and exercise I see that I don't intake enough protein. I just wAnted to say thanks for posting this you gave me inspiration.

sorry i missed your call will try to call u tonite, ive been stuck with this last 30 lbs for a while now and i need to concentrate more on my portions and what im eating. you can do this cheryl remember we spent alot of money on this band, we need to work with the band, its hard i know. its really about accountability, just like having a personal relationship with jesus, love and miss u sooo mu...

my first fill was great all is well im eating regular food again. my portions are back in control

hello to all my friends out there in lapband world im going for my first fill on janurary 6th, i thought i was gonna make it without having a fill but the weight loss has come to a halt, and my portion control is out of control. i hope everybody had a merry christmas, im hoping for a happy new year

Well maybe you are eating it too fast, that is my major problem i need to make sure i slow down i just remember slower than a baby. it took me 2months to realize im eating way to fast.

well i have bought those microwave steam bags and put chicken in there and it comes out moist everytime, you actually dont even need any extra calories with it. plain and simple.

Well im half way there too but im definately waiting till i hit my goal weight, i am so ready for a boob lift, and my husband better guard those credit cards because we are gonna shop till we drop!!! I had to go to a birthday party this last weekend so i went to ross to buy a dress and i bought it in the regular ladys sizes not plus size what a feeling that was havent done that since high school. -
i used to be a swimmer wow what that can do to your body long and lean is what my coach used to say, really good for your muscles, that would be my choice if there was a pool around, unfortunately i have to walk. wich i hate but need to do it right. keep up the good work its all gonna pay off. Your gonna look like a million bucks.
