    Hi!! I am flying to the OCC from Canada on Jan 25 and having surgery on Jan 26. I am on the pre op diet right now myself. Where are you coming from? I'm excited but nervous just like you. All the best!! Lisa

    I will be having lap band surgery at the end of January 2012. Getting excited but very nervous! reading others success stories and experiences with OCC helps calm my fears.
