HI Nicole, I think we are all going great! You go girl because this weight will keep falling off quiucker than before. I am also losing slow but I feel confident. I am going to go work out today. I hope your feeling great now. It took me 3 days before I began to fell better. Now I am just shy of 2 weeks post op and feel really good, however, I would be lying if I said that I wasn't menatlly hungry. My cycle is about ready to begin so I realize that it is just head hunger craving sweets not real raw hunger. Keep on posting I love to hear how everyone is doing!!!! Leslie

Hi, I have been using the Costco liquid calcuim and liquis multi-vitamins. They are working well for me. I have also heard that we all should be getting a good dose of B12's. Leslie

Hi, nausia is common the first few days hang in there it gets better. Walk a lot everyday evewn if you don't feel like it and you will feel better sooner. Good luck and keep us posted on your recovery and weight loss!! leslie

Life is good. I too use my blender, and I am not hungry so far. My wounds are healing nicely and I really want to exercise, but am told to wait 3 weeks before I begin. 10 pounds down since surgery!!!! Suzi, overall do you feel better than before surgery?

Hi Nicole, I will be arriving to OCC on Sunday a getting surgery on MOnday the 8th, I too am staying where you are. I would love to get in touch with you. I am having the plication surgery and I understand you are getting the full on sleeve. I too had a band and loved it until my slippage. I have gained most of my weight back and I am hoping that I am successful with this surgery. Why did you decide sleeve instead of plication? Leslie
