Hi All, I was wondering if anyone out there has had the stomach flu since having surgery? I have had a horrible time with the flu the last 4 days and have A LOT of pain when I vomit and after it settles down. I am just wondering if this is normal or should I be concerned? Thx, Jill

I am 13 pounds down from pre surgery and almost 10 from day of. I have had some serious migraine that I think are lack of protein. I have tried different shakes but really they don't appeal. I wrote to see if I could start mushies sooner - I doubt it. I do feel good not much pain left a twing here or there.Just the migraines... Jill

I feel like a hit a major wall today - super tired...I don't think I am hydrating enough so it's back to MORE tea and G2--- any ideas? Jill

I am so excited to be back home and all done the surgery. Today was the day I told my family dr and my mom. Neither were surprised by my decision and were really supportive. I am healing nicely. I am hungry (Dr Miranda warned me that this would be in my head and I really wouldn't be)and the whole liquid thing is getting to me. I am 3 pounds down already My experience at the clinic was excellent I would recommend OCC to anyone. What I look forward the most is three weeks from now when I can start running again and seeing the results. Yay! Until next time... J

We are just home and felt safe the entire time. Border crossing very simple and the clinic is very secure. All very straight forward ! Good Luck! Jill

I hope I can find some answers here... How much weight does one have to lose before surgery? When does the liquid pre surgery diet begin? What worked best for those who have had the surgery? Has anyone's surgery be rescheduled to do to not enough weight loss before surgery. Thanks Jill

I am reading the forums and blog entries. I am excited and nervous all at the same time. I am good when I don't think about it lol. I had planned to run a half marathon in Phoenix the Sunday before surgery but am not now. Being on the pre surgery diet will not work with a half marathon I don't think. I will enjoy being in Phoenix and just will have to suck it up when everyone goes to eat lol. There is great shopping there and I will be with great friend so... oh yes I am talking myself into all this as I type. Until next time... J

I have my surgery 7 weeks tomorrow. I am not telling anyone in my family. My husband will be the only one who knows. Why? I have tried so many weight loss programs and failed that I just want this to be my thing. I have so many questions--- I will share as I go my journey! Until next time... J

Hi All, I am scheduled for surgery on Jan 18th and am wonderung about hair loss? Maybe I am watching too many youtube videos --- lol Has anyone had the hair loss issues? Thanks so much Jill
