I have a strange question. My sister got the lab band at your facility about a year ago and has done great! She has lost almost 100 pounds and is still losing. I REALLY want to do this, but there is one thing standing in the way. There is a slim possibility that my mother may need a live liver donor in the future. She says her doctor told her that my sister would not be able to donate because of the lap band. Is this true??? Please help!
