It is really happening in now a days.women are very much influenced by models and magzines,sports illustrations.that is not spose to happend in real life.Honestly for me being healthy is number 1 periority for me than any thing alse.though u can look like barbie doll by spending money and thanks to modren technology but by being honest ask your self is that really You? Body image for me is a lilttle meaty and healthy for a women.

Well where as I know about work out and slim mythes it is one of them, but I have learned after searching on internet and asking many helath experts they have confirmed that our regular diet is more effactive in gainig and loosing weight.90minutes of work out does have effact on our health but we should not forget about the diet.Junk food is kind a bag full of calories, and it is one of the main fators that creats one's weighty situations.secondly if u talk about work out i do it 30 minutes a day and i never feel any thing like our weighting.I keep looking at my calorie and diet chart.......... that is what I have experianced

I am new in such forums and hope te get much information then I will share.Well what I do is I pick up enough for me and which is acording to my diet plan and calory chat.secondly when it is finished i do not eat until its not the right time(means untill i m not hungry)beacause for me dieting is not consist of starving but right and clean food.you can say that when I feel I am full i just pull my hands from plate. hope it is enough will look for more................
