    Back to the hotel surgery yesterday went great, been walking and trying to rest. Feel awesome though.

      This is great to hear. Just walk, walk, walk and sip, sip, sip. It will help get all the gas out and keep you from feeling hungry. Keep in touch. If you need shake receipes, let me know.

    I have decided to go with the VSG, I leave on the 18th surgery the 19th. I am nervously excited.

    All my Christmas shopping almost done, cleaning and keeping my mind on the prize can't wait 16 more days.

    Started Pre-op to my Pre-op yesterday. 2 shakes 1 sensible dinner no carbs. Getting ready for success.

    I am having surgery the 20th of December I have been following all your posts, Congrats on the fabulous work you have accomplished. I cant wait to meet you hopefully. I couldn't decide between the Sleeve and the Plication, but decided with the Plication, it seemed the right fit for me. Thank you for continuing to share your story. I wish there were more. Melanie

    Congrats to you all, I decided with the Plication because the band you have to have filled over and over and its a device in your body, The Plication nothing is cut out and is also reversible if you would need it to be. I leave far away from the center so being filled was also not going to be easy, I spoke with a lot of others and 90% of them switched from the band to the Plication or Sleeve. Good Luck, Melanie
