Hi Jenna, I'm new to this type of communication. I'm anxiously awaiting news from my insurance company if they will cover my lap band surgery. I live in Illinois and there is a doctor in my community who is performing this surgery. My sisters and nieces have had bypass surgery which seemed pretty scarry to me. I'm very hopeful about this procedure. Any advice would be welcome. Sheryl
