BE CAREFULL WITH CC...I BROUGHT ONLY $40 CASH THINKING I WOULD JUST GO TO AN ATM WHEN I GOT THERE...IT WAS A CONFUSING MESS!!! IT WAS IN SPANISH FIRST OF ALL (DUH) BUT WHEN I TRIED TO PULL OUT $50 I GOT 50 PESOS ($5.00 US) lol SO THEREFORE IT COST ME $7.00 US DOLLARS TO WITHDRAW $5.00!!! LOL I WAS A LITTLE AGGREVATED BUT IT REALLY WAS KIND OF COMICAL... PLUS IF YOU HAVE SMALL BILLS, IT IS EASIER TO BARGAIN WITH THE STORES AND STREET VENDORS... HAVE A SAFE TRIP...GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!

Somebody!!! HELP!!! Today is my 1st day that I can eat solids but I am confused about food choices!!! I know I'm supposed to eat in order, PROTIEN, GREENS,FRUITS,CARBS, but do Istill eat only 4 oz? and do I HAVE to eat all those thing @ every meal? Like today for lunch....is Pasta w/ red sauce ok? I'm SOOOOO confused!!! HELP!!! Iknow I need to get 30gm of Protien but can I drink that, I am not a big Meat person....except fot Chicken and McDonalds and I'm sure Mcd's is out of the question....LOL Thanks in advance for your help, Tracy

Hello! I am also a nurse in the US. I work in a somewhat new, fairly large hospital on the Progressive Care Unit...We see alot of post surgical (open hearts) on our floor and I have to tell you, after seeing Dr. Ortiz' office/clinic "My hospital" looks like a dump...I was extremely pleased with his facility & staff...My husband and co-workers called me crazy for going to TJ for surgery, but now with 20/20 hindsite- I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love Dr ortiz and all of his staff!!! They Rock!!!
