Somebody!!! HELP!!! Today is my 1st day that I can eat solids but I am confused about food choices!!! I know I'm supposed to eat in order,
PROTIEN, GREENS,FRUITS,CARBS, but do Istill eat only 4 oz? and do I HAVE to eat all those thing @ every meal? Like today for lunch....is Pasta w/ red sauce ok? I'm SOOOOO confused!!! HELP!!! Iknow I need to get 30gm of Protien but can I drink that, I am not a big Meat person....except fot Chicken and McDonalds and I'm sure Mcd's is out of the question....LOL
