my insurance would not pay for celebrex so I took tylenol. I talked to the nurse and she said to take aleve. that has helped a lot.not as sore as I was yesterday, but good enough I am going to shop tomorrow. happy thanksgiving to all.

I had my surgery in Louisvile Ky. Just a few miles from me. All 8 of doing surgery yesterday Nov 23 did great. They are doing 10 today, their are lots of banders, and I am happy to be in such good company as yourselves.. I am really sore today. I can walk good but geting up adn down is a struggle. But this to shall pass...

I got that book yesterday, great book. I went today for my testing and met the 6 other people having the surgery Nov 22 and 1 the 23. the nutritionist asked about the book and was going to order it for the dr. I also told them about this site. It is good to have someone to ask ?s. Have you had your surgery?

I am scheduled for lap, Nov 22. I am really looking forward to this. I am considering purchasing a treadmill. I do not want to hang clothes on this, how important is this to your alls success? shelia

oh yes, the committment thing, I am all over that. been divorces since 67..... this is a new season of my life and I embrace it to the fullest. Oprah had a show on monday nov 31st, about reclaiming our lives. and this is so proactive. I thanks all of your for your honesty. I can easily look the other way and I need the reality check I have found on this site. thanks
