Hello everyone, new to the forum. I've been battling my weight my entire life. I'm going tomorrow night for the information seminar on the Lap Band surgery and plan on following the steps to eventually have the surgery. The gastric-bypass was basically not an option. We've known too many people to die from it (we've also known success stories too)....but the hubby (and the simple fact that we have a 7 month old) has guided me in the direction of the Lap Band. I've been reading all the posts....and just wanted to ask for any helpful suggestions. You know how life throws us all curve balls at times...and we think "if I could go back and do it all over again......" I'd love any helpful hints, suggestions, etc. Thanks in advance!
