The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

I let the RULES side for Labor Day. This is the longest Labor Day ever!

Please don't judge me..... :((

L - Gryo mean, tomato, onion, sauce

got stuck, PB'd a small amount

Calories? amount 2.5 cup grazed on it all afternoon.

3- 20 oz waters

D - protien bar 270 cals

Today was a total bomb. Tomorrow is a new day with new choices! Gonna jump of the bus and onto the bandwagon tomorrow.

Not yet....will confession make it stop.....LMAO. I have to laugh or I will cry. How can I eat 7 cookies anyway....grrr! I wish I had a good explanation for my binge eating......

OMGoshhhhhhhh am I just going have to add ALL food to my NO NO list...lol

Ok here I go

B-2 Scambled Runny eggs

S-Protien Shake

L-1/2 cup cottage cheese, Bananna and Peach.....I was only going to eat a "few" mulit grain thin crunchy crackers, but ate ALOT of crackers...Guess they are too much like chips......ughhhhhhhhhhhh

S-NONE!!!!! Already had enough multi grain crackers!

D-Son has First Football game of season tonight...GO RED DEVILS ! Soooo I have to go straight from work. I am going to take water and a Meal Replacement Protien Bar with me and Put my BLINDERS on my eyes so that I cant see the Concession stand!...lol

**Mental Note***

Carrie you can not have Nachoes, PopCorn, Candy, etccc. NOTHING!

20 oz of water ..gonna drink more this afternoon!

Does anyone else read some of these and think to themselves "dang, I eat way more than that"? Here is my example from yesterday

B- Slim Fast Bar 220 calories

S- Slim Fast Protein Shake 190 calories

L- turkey patty and 3/4 c. cottage cheese

s- string cheese

D- beef taco with cheese

It just seems like most people are getting by on very little. I've had 3 fills, what the heck?

SDGIRL - given my track record the past 2 days, I am confident you are not referring to me. LOL (sadly)

You are NOT the only one, who has thought that, trust me. Some days I think, wow even after 3 fills I can out eat any of my fellow bandsters that post food logs.

I've even scheduled another fill apt. (Not 100% sure I am going to keep it yet, on the fence.) Really I need to get back on the bandwagon and evaluate where I am setting from there.

I wanted you to know you are not the only one. I am there with you.

I too agree, I think the same thing. I am restricting myself. I have vowed to eat "little" until the 18th. I have not lost ANYTHING in the past month, so therefore I am trying to switch it up a little.

When reading yours, I think that is not alot of food at all!!!!

I have a lot of restriction and get full on anywhere from 2-5 bites. It has been like this since my last fill (2) in July.

B: 1 tablespoon guacamole 3 carrots

S: Sugar free hot chocolate hehe, needed something sweet

L: Chicken strip with ranch (PBd)

I haven't had as much water as I should and need to get back on track.

I am very hit and miss and feel like some days I could eat anything in sight. I felt that way yesterday but tried to be good. I know I can eat way more than others, but at least with my body if I don't get enough calories then I don't lose.

Good, bad or ugly let's lay it out there gals!!! I know for me it makes me accountable and makes me think more about eating it next time. Plus, I love to see what others are eating I need ideas i'm bad about eating the same thing all the time.

B: PB on crackers (4)

L: can of raviolis (1/2 cup)

S: one piece of snack sized chocolate

S: chips and dip - damn, I can't stick to a plan! Said no chips until the 19th but at my meeting they had chips, dip, and cookies! Seriously! So I had a few chips

S: Vodka and light cranberry-pomegranite - i'm off tomorrow it is my Friday!

D: TBA

Total calories so far: 600

Exercise - since I have to work tonight I snuck home early and took one of the dogs for a walk - he was super excited!

B: soy iced latte (although i only drank half) Cal 70

S: 1/2 c Cottage Cheese 1% w/ 4 almonds chopped and 1/4c blueberries: Cal 150

L: 1/2 c broccoli/carrot slaw from Trader Joes and added 2 almonds/unsweetened cranberries and 1/8 apple chopped. 2tbls low fat drsg. Cals 150

S: lite popcorn 2 cups: Cal 120

D: TBD

B- nothing because I had to fast for blood work

S- tall skinny cinnamon dolce latte and Starbucks biscotti

L- got stuck waiting in second doctors office for almost two hours so I ate a large bag of Crispers from the corner store, ugh!

D- half chicken breast baked with shake-n-bake, 2 tbs mashed potato and half cup salad with light dressing

3 bottles of water seems to be all I get in per day....I have a bladder issue (awaiting surgery) so this is hard for me:(
