On liquids and mushies until tomorrow so mine's gonna be a bit odd - more snacking rather than a B,L,D but here we go!

7:30am - EAS protein shake (about 1/2)

S-Coffee (10:30 am)

L-Turkey Burger with Saute Mushrooms....YUMMY! (12:15)

S- Green Tea (2:45)

D- Small Wheat Tortilla (CRISPY like a Chip) with Beans, lettuse, tomatoe, Salsa and Light Sour Cream, (Calories was only 210 :P ) (5:45)

S- Cooked Hubby Baked Chicken for his lunch tomorrow, tasted it after it got done and ended up eat a small thigh around (8:45) :(
