Three holiday parties this week - lord give me strength!! :blink:

B: Cereal (dry)

L: Pot luck @ work - 7 layer dip and one soft taco, so not too bad but should have eaten less than I did.

D: Cheeseburger (no bun) and macaroni salad

1 boiled egg at 10:30

L - About 2 oz of Grill chicken (very small portion) w/SBby Rays, couple bits of Aspargus (first time to try it)

S- A cup of Choc Yogurt with Almonds.... YUMMY!

D-TBD

Goal for today

Drink 60 oz of water, got about 40 more to go...lol
