BATassbandita? Posted June 12, 2008 Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 I'm so excited!!! I just got back from the pharmacy where i got liquid tylenol and phyzamine. WOO HOO!! It's all happening so fast... I can't wait. My Wii Fit said i've lost 7 of the 10 lbs their asking me to lose so i think i'm doing ok!! I will be sure to update the board with my experience... I remember when I was anxiously awaiting my banding date, and here I am almost a month post-op!! You are going to LOVE the OCC/Dr. Ortiz, and you will have so much fun it TJ its like a mini vacation! From what I have read, Phayzime is for gas pain after the surgery. They inflate your stomach with gas to perform the surgery and afterwards most people have gas pain from the extra gas trying to escape the body. The things I have taken away as far as preparing goes are: 1. pack light 2. bring gas x or phayzime 3. bring lots of $1's and $5's 4. bring comfy clothes for after surgery 5. bring boullion cubes to the hotel I'm sure there is more but these are the things that really stuck out to me! Ooh - those are great tips! I've been focusing on what to eat during the liquid stages - obsessed with the food of course I also bought liquid tylenol and chewable vitamins.
